You've got to be in it to win it!
You can't get business from Beacon BNI unless you are there to give and receive it. However, everyone needs to miss a meeting from time to time... that's where substitutes come in.
A substitute attends the meeting on your behalf, delivering a 60-second pitch on your behalf and collecting leads for you.
Everything we do is about winning business for each other. The subs programme doesn't mean that your own personal attendance is not important, but it does give you the flexibility you need to make sure that you can make the most from your membership of Beacon BNI.
